The LIZ BUSHELL HORTICULTURAL AWARD WINNER was Chris Petersen.

The Laura Safford Stewart Trowel Award for outstanding service to the club was won by Jamie Pierce who was unable to attend the luncheon.
|
There was a three way tie for the MARION MEANY AWARD FOR FLORAL DESIGN. The award was presented to Carole Casamassima and Carolyn Hyatt-Basche. The third winner, Jamie Pierce , declined to accept his award.

"Low Tea" included marmalade and butter sandwiches, digestive biscuits and scones.

It was a fun meeting! Our hosts prepared everything for a "Low Tea" (what most people call "High Tea", but is the traditional afternoon tea served on a low table) and AGC Member Donna Varone, did a program all about the tea customs and history.
